Founded in 1985 as a collaboration between Lynn and Leo Wiznitzer, The Lelyn Group, Inc. began as a real estate development and investment company focusing on Chicagoland neighborhood retail and office properties.  Lynn and Leo believed that Chicago neighborhood stability and growth was vital to the city and its residences and critical for the future of the area.  With the original mission in mind and with the addition of Jason Wiznitzer to the team, our family operated business has organically grown into a full service real estate company.  Our in-house integration of acquisitions, construction, leasing, sales, and property management allows us to deploy discretionary capital in a quick and efficient manner.  Most recently, maintaining the same business model the company has begun to focus on markets outside of Chicago, such as Ft. Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and West Palm Beach, to name a few.  In addition to our expertise in the retail and office asset classes we specialize in developing high-end multi-family properties in those same Chicago neighborhoods. With over 35 years of real estate design, development and construction experience, we hope to add value to the neighborhoods we live in as well as to the lives of our neighbors and clients.
